Wasn't there a plastic model kit of the Hawk? Any idea where I could find one? Thanks |

Airfix and MPC issued a Hawk kit in the late 1970s. Unlike the Eagle and Moonbase, it hasn't been reissued since. As is normal for all mechandise queries, check out Ebay! Martin |

Yes there was...in the US it was made by Monogram. A friend of mine and I blew mine up with fireworks...ahhh, memories! Jack The Fool |

I've been hoping to get one through ebay, but they all end up being very pricey.

A friend and I smoke-bombed both our Mattel Eagles. It was a glorious site. Too bad video & digital cameras weren't around in those days, as at least half of my favorite toys were destroyed in some way or another... |

The Airfix/MPC Hawk was actually a better model than was their attempt at the Eagle. If you cannot get a copy of the model kit, then the Konami Hawk is a good representation though it is rather small. |

Yes, I'm sure it was. But at the time and my age, getting one of those Airfix kits was next to impossible. Now I've got one collecting dust...
