Well I just got my 2 cases today. The Eagle & Hawk are very well made. So are the other vehicles. I even got one Supercar which just blew me away. The Supercar has sold on Ebay for $70. + alone. All in all, I am very pleased with the set & I hope that I get the 2 cases of the SID from UFO & Eagle, Fireball XL-5 that I ordered. |

Just got my boxes of Konami models from HobbyLink Japan! Excellent. Had a great time looking through everything trying to find the Supercar (I got one!) I also got the Premimum pack which included the SID, Fireball XL5 and the Rescue Eagle. I think I like the Rescue Eagle the best, the paint covers up some of the defects in the molding that show up on the other sets white eagle. The hawk is great! Terrific little toys. I'm going to EBAY off my extras eventually in hopes of getting back my investment but these were really worth getting. Thanks to the SHADO email list which has a friendly member in Japan who has been giving us the heads up when these come up for order on HLJ. What do you think? Will Konami give us some the Alien or guest ships of 1999 yet? Or are they done with this. I read that the SF Premium pack sold out at HLJ so much that they couldn't fulfill all the orders. These things go out of stock before they come out of the factory! (They sell or could sell more than they want to make!) At least the HLJ stock goes OS before the stuff ships. So I think I'd like to see the Bower bomber from Wargames, The Kaldorian ship (I don't care... I like it!), The Taybor's Hotrod, A Superswift, Gwent, The Ultraprobe, and The Reentry Glider. I think those are my favorite "guest" ships. I decided to leave off the list the SS Daria. |

You got a Supercar! Right on. My brother ordered 2 cases & didn't get one. HL got more cases of the Premimum packs & I got my confermation that my 2 cases are on there way.  This Konami ship sets are getting very popular. We will just have to wait & see what they will come out with next. I completely agree that ordering them from HL is way cheaper than Ebay. I saw the Premium boxs go on Ebay for $140 - $200. Ebay Premium Pack More $$$ than brains. |

I just got my 2 cases of Premium Packs today. I opened one case & there were 3 Sid/Eagle & 3 Sid/Fireball XL-5. I did nt open any of the packs as you can see what the vehicle is on the covered side by just squeezing the pack abit. Very nice set. I am looking forward to more future releases. |

I just received two of the Konami Space 1999 vehicles (Eagle and Hawk), they are impressive and very nicely detailed. If you have not purchased any of these, they are worth the money and apparently selling out quickly. I certainly hope that maybe a North American company might take them on soon.  |

At the school I teach at we have some international students and I arranged for a trade of some New Brunswick honey for these toys. You can find lots of images of them on Ebay and you may still be able to order them from a Japanese toy exporter listed in the Catacombs. Take a look as they are the best renditions of the Eagle and Hawk at this scale. |

They made the Eagle & Hawk late last year. They have been selling Gerry Anderson & other Sci-Fi related toys & figures for quite sometime. Very nice stuff. |
