Alphans.

I watched Relic Hunter for the first time last night--and Tony Anholt
was a guest star! He played a French land baron. This was the first
time I've seen him since Space. I dare say that he's aged pretty
well. As I'm sure some of you have heard, his son Christian Anholt is
the male lead in the show.

AUGHHH!!! I missed it. That's what I get for having a sick headache on
Sat. I slept through it!! And I love that show anyway!

Guess I'll be looking for the rerun. Ellen

I bet thats the first time most North American scifi/fantasy fans have
seen him since 1999 left the air. How recognisable was he? I can imagine
a few people watching thinking to themselves "Who is that guy, I know
him."

Hi All

Did anyone see that program about Coney Island last
night on the Discovery Channel ? Martin Landau
who grew up in Brooklyn, New York , had some sound
bites about how he would go on the roller coasters
and eat Nathan's hot dogs at the famous amusement park
there as a youngster.

It was cool to see him reminiscing about that !
He was even wearing glasses and sounded so articulate
as he recalled these fond memories.

Ah, dratitblastit anyhow.
I keep forgetting about this show & now, see what I've missed.
I've heard many say they like it, somebody remind me about it so that I can
catch an episode sometime.
Ok, all for now.

Was Marty wearing those huge goofy glasses and in need of a haircut?

He was quite recognizable (at least for a Space fan). He really has
aged well--almost as well as Ian McShane and Zienia Merton. His hair
looked about the same, but he did have pronounced bags under his
eyes, and his face looked a bit puffy--perhaps he is heavier than
when he was on Space. Other than that he looked much the same. He
also seemed to have a mole or something one his left cheek--I don't
remember that from his Space days, so it could have been makeup. The
voice was the same, even with the fake French accent.

James

Sorry. I know I said there would be an announcement
by Sunday night, but I've been too busy to get an
order form put together. Some time this week I hope.

Please wait for the form and don't write to me about
this. It will only slow things down, as I'm already
pushed to the limit with all I've got going on.

Thanks!

Robert

I hate those darn things. Wish he find some stylish glasses.

No, he did have that back then too -- I remember mentioning it in "A New
Moon...". But I think that was back in his poncy days when he only wanted to
be filmed from one side... not that one. :)
