Moonbase Alpha

The buildings are approximately 1/24 scale. None of these correspond to the buildings of the table-top model.

This round building was first used around the Nuclear Disposal Area 2 in Breakaway. It was actually built in two scales (this being the larger version). It reappeared amongst other Alpha buildings later in the series.

This two level building is in the foreground in this shot:

Martin Bower built this distinctive building for Year 2. It also appears in the Jif "Alien Attack" advert.

Space Warp

Click for larger image The transference dome from Journey To Where is also seen in other second series shots. It is remarkably similar to a construction on the Daria in Mission Of the Darians (i.e. a salvaged model section).
