	End Of Eternity	The first shot of the cave tunnel towards the inner door is upside down.
	The Troubled Spirit	Ghost first materialises as a mirror image (see the sleeve)
	Space Warp	During the first space warp sequence, the spinning Command Center is flopped left for right.
	Space Warp	During the second space warp sequence, the spinning Eagle cabin is sometimes flopped left for right (and there are several continuity errors too)
	The Bringers Of Wonder part 2	Two shots of the moonbuggy are reversed left for right (notice the "5" label)
	The Immunity Syndrome	Two brief shots of Koenig during the crash are reversed left for right.
