Year One Original End Credits

This is the original end title sequence, used on an early print of Matter Of Life And Death. The sequence is very similar in design to the end titles of Gerry Anderson's Captain Scarlet, with the camera showing two areas of paintings. The paintings are probably by Keith Wilson; one was used in UK commercial breaks in the original 1975-6 run.

	1. Note the different font (Futura Black).
	2. Zoom through space, with stars and planets flying past. Note there is no RAI credit.
	3. Zoom through space, with stars and planets flying past.
	Transition: zoom towards a grey planet in the centre of the screen.
	4. A grey volcanic surface dissected by lava channels, under the black sky of space.
	5. Pan left to more of the volcanic surface of the planet, with a red planet in the sky. This is the view seen in UK commercial breaks (see above)
	Transition: zoom towards the red planet in the sky.
	6. A rocky, barren landscape with a fierce red sky (presumably this is the surface of the red planet seen before).
	7. Zoom into close-up of curling vines in the shade of the rock. In the final sequence these credits are split across two images.
	8. Special Effects credits. This is a jungle landscape with a large planet in the green sky.
