When I met Keith Wilson at MainMission:2000, he asked me how long I had been into Space: 1999. I answered that I’d been a fan from the very beginning, since “Breakaway” premiered in New Orleans. Then he asked me what had attracted me to the show, and I explained that it was the look and feel of the show that I liked so much — set designs, makeup, costumes. Then I realized, I was talking to the man who was responsible for all of those things as production designer of Space: 1999. That would explain why he was smiling.
