As the official festivities drew to a close, an unofficial party formed in the hotel bar, until security made us leave. We ended up in the hotel room of an intriguing young man named Chance. Here Brian Dowling is getting pleasantly “pissed” with organizer Tom Lowery, who is finally taking a break after being on his feet nearly the entire weekend.
