If the Unabridged sounds like too much, or you have less time, this is the better version. However, please note that it is still very much a novel-length story, though it should be a faster read in many ways. That is, this is the shorter and faster read!

Compared to the Abridged version, this version has more detail in most scenes, has more scenes, more character development and characters, more about Alpha Moonbase's history, research, and survival needs, and about some more of its operational processes.
