I am not actually producing any of the cons listed, and all information is provided by other people and is subject to change.

In addition, I have listed information about past cons, for those of you who may find something to reminisce! If you have further information about any Space: 1999 convention, past or future, please email me.

	"About that convention you weren't sure about from 1982, that was in Springfield Massachusetts (I was there). It was in July, but I don't remember the exact dates. I was just getting to be known then, and remember overhearing that the convention people couldn't pay the hotel bill! Notes:

• SpaceCons (all conventions with 'SpaceCon' in their title), including Breakaway in 1999, were organized by the International Space: 1999 Alliance, which for years was the primary fan club, before going into periods of dormancy for 1990s. I am not sure of its intended status post-Breakaway.
• Command Conference '95 was organized by Debbie Phares.
• MainMission: 2000 was organized by Tom Lowery (of UnitedVision) and Robert Ruiz.
• Breakaway: 2001 was organized by Ellen Lindow and the Stone Hill SF Association (the latter concurrently ran ConGames and VidCon).
• Breakaway: 2002 was to also occur in Florida, but was canceled due to insufficient registrations.
• Most of the conventions supported one or more charities, often through the auctions.

Notes:

• A U.K. Space: 1999 convention was planned for Breakaway Weekend 1999, but was scrapped in early phases, with support being thrown behind the U.S. convention, the planning for the latter being well underway by that time.
• Catherine Schell was slated to appear as a "World Convention Exclusive" guest of honor (she had never appeared at a science fiction convention) at Telly Breakaway (17-20 September 1999, Kewstoke), a "cult TV" convention. Unfortunately, her husband was in the hospital that weekend, so she could not attend. (Catherine has since appeared at a convention, namely MainMission: 2000 in the U.S.)
• Fanderson is the official Gerry Anderson fan club, which has been producing high quality, officially sanctioned items and conventions over the years.
